Hi Everyone,

(Looking for someone to move in asap as the next tenant has pulled out for a July 1st move in). 😊

Myself and my housemate (25 & 26) are looking for a third tenant :)

We love to cook, watch telly and chat after work. Want to make it a positive and relaxing space, filled with plants, tea, vino, and the occasional and painting sessions. We're not huge party animals although we don't mind the occasional night out/in.

It's important you look after the common spaces by cleaning up after yourself promptly and will chip in with general hoovering etc from time to time!

Rent is £800 + bills, there's loads of storage and you share the bathroom with one other person.

It's a very eclectic area, right next to shepherds bush market with super transport links (central line is 5 mins walk, hammersmith + city is 2 mins).

Looking for a third person (23-30) who brings good vibes ✨️
