We’re looking for a 5th person for our house in Shepherds Bush/Acton!
ABOUT THE ROOM: spare bedroom overlooking the garden with an office on the other side of the floor overlooking the street.
ABOUT THE HOUSE: we’re close to central, district, h&c, circle lines, as well as the overground. the house has a garden, is animal-friendly (one of us has a rabbit), and has all the basic amenities, including a dishwasher, washing machine, and good wifi.
ABOUT US: we’re between the ages of 22 and 24. one of us is currently going to drama school, two have gone to film school, and one did computer science. we’re very social and enjoy meeting new people but are also respectful of each other’s spaces!
RENT/DEPOSIT: the rent is £750/month without bills and council tax (it should be around £850 with those) and our deposit will be 5 weeks worth of rent (£937.5), which we’ll need to pay within the next two weeks or so.
