I am looking for someone to take over a spacious double bedroom available in Bromyard House, East Acton. It is a gorgeous location: you are a 15 minute bus from Westfield White City shopping centre, and a 10 minute walk from the beautiful Acton Park!

The area has great transport links, with a bus stop right outside the block and East Acton, Shepherds Bush Market and Shepherds Bush underground stations nearby.

The rent is £898 pcm and includes all water bills.

Council tax is Band E and is not included in the rent price. There is no gas at the property, so you don't need to factor it into additional utility bills.

The bedroom features a double-size bed, with space underneath for potential storage boxes, a side table and a tall IKEA chest of drawers. Double wardrobe up for sale - can negotiate inclusion.

The flat is on the fourth floor (there is lift access) in a secure, gated and well maintained, modern development on Bromyard Avenue.
