We have a single room available in a great shared flat in Shepherds Bush, 2 floors above the popular Askew. 12 minutes' walk from Shepherd's Bush Market Tube, which is on the Hammersmith&City and Central lines, just by all the shops, bars, theatres and restaurants. There is a Fridge in the room and a fully equipped kitchen with free to use washing and drying machines. We have a cleaner that cleans the common parts, which is included in the rent.

The room is only £715 per month, including all bills, based on a three month contract. Deposit equivalent to 1 month's rent required.
