I currently have a medium / large double bedroom in my flat. The flat has 2 rooms a seperate kitchen and bathroom but no living room. Council tax, WiFi and water included. Gas & electric excluded but it’s around £40-60 each depending on the time of year.
I am 26 and work as a trainee architect. I will at work Monday- Friday. Maybe 1 day WFH. I am keen for a clean housemate as I like to keep the house nice. I love to cook and would love to share meals (obvs no pressure) equally enjoy my own space and independence in the flat. Since we wont have a shared space other than the kitchen It will probably feel quite independent but it’s nice to have harmonious vibes in the flat. I am a Muslim revert, I have quite a chilled life going gym etc seeing friends but I’m very open minded 🩷 let me know if this is something you’d be interested in.
