The residence is in a very convenient area for students, with plenty of shops and supermarkets nearby. There are two supermarkets within walking distance, including a supermarket directly opposite the building.

The original price of the studio is £20,000 for 42 weeks, with the full amount paid in advance and no outstanding balance owed to the landlord.

Due to my urgent situation, I have significantly reduced the price for the replacement tenant.

I am offering this studio at a significantly reduced price compared to what I originally paid, as I need to find a replacement tenant due to an unexpected change in my university schedule.

The total agreed rental price is just £11,000 for the remaining tenancy period, ending on 20 June 2027.

This special price is available only if the full rental amount is paid upfront on the official contract transfer date. Unfortunately, monthly instalments cannot be accepted under this offer.

Alternatively, a new rental arrangement may be considered at approximately £1,450 per month, subject to confirmation and approval by the accommodation provider.

Please also be aware that rent payments are legally binding obligations. Failure to make payments on time may result in formal debt recovery procedures, additional charges where legally permitted, and potentially negative consequences for your financial or credit history in the UK. Depending on the circumstances, this could affect future rental applications and access to certain financial services.

Why am I offering these terms?

The reduced price benefits the incoming tenant, while the upfront payment provides financial certainty and security for both parties. My priority is to arrange a transparent, smooth and officially approved tenancy transfer, ensuring that neither party faces unexpected financial difficulties.

All arrangements will be handled through the accommodation provider’s official tenancy transfer process to protect both parties.
