Hi everyone, I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy from mid-July / August as I will be moving away from London.
This flat is ideal for 2 people that are looking to move in together and want to be well connected in terms of transport (there is District and Piccadilly lines, as well as overground), while also living in a calm residential area.
It's a nice and modern 2-bedroom flat 2 minutes walk away from Earls Court station with a garden and a spacious living room. It has one large bathroom and 2 double bedrooms.
The flat comes fully furnished and equipped with a dishwasher and a washing / drying machine.
The contract is valid until September 2026 and the rent is 2,578 GBP per month (595 GPB per week). There is a security deposit of 5-weeks to be paid at the beginning of the contract. Bills come to around 150-200 GBP per month (incl. council tax, electricity, water and internet).
The person (or 2 people) taking over the contract will need to pass a referencing check with the letting agency.
