We're looking for someone to join us (26 & 29) in our flat in Pimlico. I'm 26 and am very active and socialable - we are looking for someone who will fit well and want to hang out and get involved rather than be fully independent.

All bills included other than:
Council tax is payable to me and is £30/month.
Only other bill is electricity which is c. £10/month each.
All heating & hot water is included and there is 24/7 underfloor heating in the bathroom.
