Hi,
We're looking for another bloke to join us in our family-owned flat in Pimlico. I'm 26 and am very active and socialable - we are looking for someone who will fit well and want to hang out and get involved rather than be fully independent. My older brother in the third room is due to move out in January into his own place - so this room will be filled then too (and thus available to move into yourself if preferred - it is a bigger room so will be a higher £).

All bills included other than:
Council tax is payable to me and is £30/month.
Only other bill is electricity which is c. £15/month each.
All heating & hot water included and there is 24/7 underfloor heating in the bathroom.

The flat has been renovated since these photos so it looks even better :) (and living room much more homely).
