The flat has its own balcony, and is currently shared with two easygoing, tidy professionals in their mid twenties (one software engineer, one in venture capital). Both are non smokers, don't party hard (so don’t worry about late night noise!), and keep the place spotless. One occasionally has a dog round, but it's rare. It's a quiet, respectful household where everyone's happy doing their own thing, but everyone is also happy to do movie nights or board games when the mood strikes.

Location wise, it's hard to beat. Hyde Park is just a 10 minute walk away, perfect for a morning run, and you're 5 stops (around 20 minutes) from Piccadilly Circus, so anywhere in central London is properly convenient.

Rent is £1418pcm excluding bills, with all bills and council tax typically bringing the total to under £1600 a month, which is super competitive for the area.

The only reason it's up for grabs is because 1 of the 3 current flatmates is moving to be closer to work, otherwise they'd happily be staying.
