Park House at Earl's Court is a calm student accommodation with very well-connected public transport:
🟢🟡/🔵 - The Piccadilly and District Line station is less than 5 5-minute walk away
👨🎓 - Less than a mile away from Imperial College London, a 20-25 minute ride to King's College London, 30-minute ride to University College London
The flat has 2 bedrooms, a storage area for luggage, a common room, a shared toilet and shower, and a shared kitchen.
I am moving out on the 28th of June, however, my contract will be valid until 6th September, and rent will not have to be paid until the new installment of the contract.
Once the transfer is done, the installments are as follows:
£1760 for 2 months (July and August)
Please note that the payment will be paid to Optivo, which is the company that manages this student accommodation.
If you are interested, please send me a message on the Spareroom messaging function, or send me a message on WhatsApp/email.
Once you have provided proof that you are a student (confirmation of enrolment or student ID), I will get in contact with the management team and give them your contact details. They will then inform you on the procedure.
