I am a friendly and kind professional who has a furnished double bedroom available to move in on the 25th February 2026 for a professional, trustworthy, considerate and tidy person. You will be sharing the apartment with just myself, the landlord of the property, although I will sometimes be away for work/leisure or at another residence.

The monthly rent is £1,000 which includes water, broadband and council tax. Gas and electricity bills will be shared.

A nice, clean double bedroom in a new-build apartment block, furnished with a double bed, a mattress, a built-in wardrobe with plenty of storage, a chair, chest of drawers, and a side table.

**About the apartment**

This modern apartment consists of a large, bright living room space with a TV, dining table and chairs, a leather sofa and a separate modern kitchen where you are welcome to help yourselves to all amenities (a cooker, a microwave, all cooking utensils and washing machine). I am sometimes away for leisure purposes or at another residence so please note that when I am here I will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the lounge. Therefore please make sure you are comfortable with this arrangement before arranging a viewing. You are free to use the lounge at any time and come and go as you please so do not feel awkward. It is not a problem for me and I am very easy-going. :-)
The apartment is nicely decorated throughout with light colours and wooden floors. High speed broadband is available throughout the apartment and off the lounge is a nice sized sunny balcony with chairs which you are more than welcome to enjoy.

West Kensington/Fulham is a pleasant, vibrant neighbourhood with a large variety of restaurants from different nationalities (Italian, Middle Eastern, Thai, Caribbean, Korean, Chinese and the popular 222 Vegan). Then there is the famous North End Road market selling a great variety of fresh fruit and vegetables and street-food. The area has plenty of clothes stores, cafes, delis, coffee shops, fast food chains (KFC, Burger King, Dominos Pizza, McDonalds, Nandos) and supermarkets (Tescos & a Waitrose are just a 2 minute walk away). There are also a number of traditional pubs & bars nearby, with a new Wetherspoons opened up on Fulham Broadway. There is also Barons Court Theatre for some great shows. There is also some very pleasant parks close by including Normand park which is just a 3 minute walk away, It has an open air gym & next to it is the large public swimming pool & a Virgin active gym to enjoy.

The apartment is in a central location only a 15-20 minute walk to Holland Park & Kensington High Street, Kensington Palace/Gardens & also the Natural History, Science, and Victoria & Albert museums as well as a 10 to 15 minute walk to Fulham, Hammersmith, Chelsea and Earl's Court.
The apartment is served brilliantly by Public transport with 4 tube stations very close by:

West Kensington - 2 minute walk
Barons Court - 6 minute walk
West Brompton - 8 minute walk
Fulham Broadway - 10 minute walk

There is also a bus stop outside the flat directly to Notting Hill, Kensington, Hammersmith & Acton
