I am renting out my single bedroom flat in South Kensington in a lovely family home. Bathroom is shared with 1 more person with 4 total bathrooms in the house.

This is a nice, furnished family home with a garden, a kitchen, a sitting room, and 2 bedrooms occupied by Imperial Students and the others by the family. This is also 30 seconds walk from South Kensington tube station and 8 minutes walk to Imperial.

I am open to subletting this room for 2-3 months or handing over my contract altogether (until June next year, but can be extended to a fresh 1 year contract if I will essentially cut mine.)

This is a nice furnished room and furniture include a huge electric desk (can be used standing), a reading lamp, a chest of drawers, a nearly brand new (3 weeks used) single bed, and a closet. I have made some improvements myself as well, including a double curtain with a main blackout curtain as well as a sheer privacy curtain to let in sunlight.

Either I or the landlord can arrange viewings through this week with an ideal move in date before or on December 1st.

All bills included including council tax, and new high speed gigabit internet with a mesh network is throughout the building. Daytime photos of the room to follow.
