Spacious room with a double bed, large cabinet and multiple heaters alongside an impressive modern kitchen and living area. This includes a modern gas stove, enough working space for 3 people and a living room with a projector on a 4m wall for a TV! Having lived across London accomodations myself, this one is particularly nice given its relative price, especially because it's a flat of 3 quiet and clean-freak students. We're looking for one person (or a couple) to take one room this winter from now upto Jan 15th 2026 at latest. Please reach out to me for further pictures of the flat etc for solely privacy reasons. This can be done via the messaging function or the associated phone number. The chosen flatmate would ideally be tidy, not too noisy, and friendly - no crazy expectations here. In terms of pricing, the place comes with bills included at 820 GBP per month, if it's a couple would be 900 GBP per month. Happy to discuss prices and settle with just the monthly rate if you'll be staying a day or two longer than a month. In terms of perks, there is a large Tesco less than 2 minutes away from you, and you'll be welcome to use our netflix subscription and my gym membership!
