Hi there, I’m looking for someone to to take over my lease for a flat in St John’s Wood/Maida Vale!
It’s a large and light furnished room, with a desk and a sofa. The flat is in a period building and close to St John’s Wood and Warwick Avenue tube stops, as well as frequent bus stop at the end of the road.
Sharing with two flatmates but you have the flat to yourself most evenings.
Lease is currently until the end of August, with the opportunity to extend. Looking for someone to come in as soon as possible, but flexible with dates. Rent is £1330 a month with bills and a cleaner once a month included.
