SUBLET (NOV - JAN)

I’m looking to sublet my room in Little Venice, Maida Vale (W9) over the winter period. Currently flexible with dates & can discuss - but likely mid November - mid Jan.

Rent is 675 p/m, ALL bills included (steal)

The flat comes with a shared kitchen, seperate toilet & shower. The room itself comes with a double bed, double wardrobe & bedside table, aswell as storage space under the bed.

The flat is situated along the little venice canal, and has great transport links nearby (Bakerloo, Circle & Hammersmith, plenty of bus stops). Lots of cafes, parks, shops within walking distance).

Sharing with 3 others, who are all friendly & tidy up after themselves. One flatmate has a dog, Jack, who mostly stays downstairs in the tenants room and is very well behaved (he’s an old boy).

Please message me if this would be of interest & can discuss dates and all the bits and bobs.
