I live here (with my 14 year old daughter) in this beautiful 4 bedroom house located just off Kensington Church St. and part of the HillGate Village area (instagramers love it). It's a 4 minute walk to Notting Hill Gate and 9 minute walk to High St Kensington Tube stations. And there is a good network of buses close by. Easy access to London Airports, The City, Universities, Corporate HQ, Banks and Mainline Stations. A quiet residential road, though in a couple of minutes you have access to everything you could desire.

The room available is huge, on the top floor, with a wall of fitted wardrobes, double bed, desk/chair, lots of natural light. It has its own shower room. There is a settee creating the perfect independent space for relaxing, study or reading.

Council Tax, fibre-optic broadband, TV license, gas, electricity, water, will be included. I've reduced the rental for the summer months as minimal heating is required, and in the winter months (Nov-Mar), there will be a supplement of £150/month to cover the additional heating energy costs. Use of washing machine and kitchen facilities will be available. There is outside space on the upper terrace.

Anchored on each side by Holland Park and Hyde Parks for those who like being in nature, walking, running etc. Westfield Shopping Center, Portobello Road, Oxford St, Mayfair, Chelsea and Knightsbridge are easily accessible by bus/tube and within a 30 minute walk. Imperial College, theatres, museums, amazing restaurants, coffee shops, bakery's, bars and pubs are on the doorstep, There are plenty of options on local gyms from budget to luxury, tennis, climbing wall, yoga/pilates studios, good medical facilities, hair, nail & beauty salons etc.

We are pretty active, tennis, gym, live performance, cinema, theatre, comedy, Formula 1, We keep a clean and tidy home and look for the same in a housemate.

Preference is for 6+ months and I would consider short term of 2+ months at a higher price, for the right person.
