I’m sadly leaving this lovely flat and looking for a girl to take over my room. I’ve genuinely loved living here, so I’d really like to find someone who will enjoy it just as much!

📍 Location:
The flat is in an amazing location — only around 5 minutes’ walk from Marylebone Station and 10 minutes from Baker Street Station. There are loads of shops, gyms, cafés, supermarkets and everything you need nearby, and you can be on Oxford Street in under 20 minutes by bus or train.

🏡 The flat:
It’s a spacious two-floor flat, with two bedrooms on each floor. You’ll be sharing with three lovely girls — French, American and Italian, all in their early twenties, working and/or studying. Everyone has their own life and routine, but the atmosphere at home is really nice and relaxed.

The room and flat come fully furnished and all bills are included.

The only thing not included is the TV in my room, but I’m very happy to sell it to whoever moves in if they’re interested.

The mattress is also basically new — it was purchased in March and I’m the only person who has used it.

📅 Move-in date: ideally 28th August, but I can be a little flexible with the date if needed.

I’m only leaving because I’m moving away, otherwise I would honestly be very happy to stay. 🥹
