📄 Requirements
Before finalising the arrangement, the following will be required:
– A written agreement to be signed for clarity and mutual legal protection
– Proof of income (e. g., recent payslips, employment contract, or financial support letter)
– Valid photo identification (passport or national ID) and visa (if applicable), to verify right to rent in the UK
– A holding deposit to secure the room while documentation is reviewed and arrangements are finalised
Note: The current tenancy runs until 14 July 2026, and there may be a rent adjustment upon renewal. I’ll keep you informed well in advance.
House Rules:
-No pets;
-No smoking;
- No overnight guests: To maintain privacy and a peaceful environment, flatmates are kindly asked not to bring guests to stay overnight.
-No parties or events;
-Quiet hours: 22:00–08:00, please respect the neighbours;
-Clean shared areas after use;
-Wash, dry, and put away any dishes or cookware;
-Do not dispose of leftover food in the kitchen sink;
-Do not wash shoes/trainers in the washing machine or dry them;
-Lost keys: £95 replacement fee;
- 2 months’ notice requested before moving out to ensure smooth arrangements
