I'm looking to sublet my en-suite room in a three-bedroom flat from February 8th ( there’s some flexibility to an earlier date) to May 1st ( possibly longer)

The flat is in St Johns Wood right next to the Regent's Park and 10-minute walk away from Baker St Station. The location is central yet the neighbourhood is quiet with lots of green areas around. The building has an on-site gym, and a parking spot, it's gated and has a lift and a nice communal garden next to the canal. The balcony has a view of it.

The room is £ 1380 + bills. Looking for a female roomate :)

Both girls are working professionals who enjoy living a healthy lifestyle, going out, travelling and meeting new people.
