I’m looking for a friendly, considerate flatmate to rent the other room in a ground-floor flat in a fantastic location.

The flat is ideally located near Edgware Road, Little Venice, Warwick Avenue and St John’s Wood, with Regent’s Park just around the corner. Notting Hill and Oxford Street are around a 30-minute walk, and there are excellent transport links nearby. There’s gyms and supermarkets very close by.

I’d love to live with someone who’s happy to occasionally chat, watch a series, or hang out, but who also appreciates their own space and downtime.
