£1250 Ensuite Double Room available from 1st of February. Flexible Term
St John’s Wood / Maida Vale area
Btw we have a lovely cat!
My partner (30) and I (35) live in a private mews in St Johns Wood and looking for someone to move into the other room which is vacating on the 1st of Feb. Split into 3 floors:
Ground floor: the available room is a double with ensuite bathroom.
There is also a garage we use for storage,
1st floor: we have the kitchen and living room + small balcony to enjoy your morning coffee.
2nd floor: here is our bedroom with ensuite.
The split levels offer a great deal of privacy as we mainly see each other in the shared 1st floor and keep to ourselves in the bedrooms.
The room is furnished and there is also the possibility of fitting a desk if needed. We do have a shared working desk in the living room too.
We have central heating, fast internet and a big TV fitted with amazon stick as well as a record player if you fancy listening to some records.
Cleaner 3 / 4 times a month.
Plenty of storage space in the garage if needed.
Both my partner and I work in the creative design industry for films and commercials so we are most of the time working from our workshop in Brixton or on set.
We are not really a party house though we enjoy cooking and chilling at home over the weekends.
Looking for someone that is easy-going and respectful to our house, ideally a female professional looking for short term rental.
Rental terms: 1-3months initially with possibility of extending up to 1 year.
