About me:
I work as a Personal Trainer at a nearby gym and tend to have a schedule with variable hours. I consider myself very friendly and sociable, am happy to share a meal or a glass of wine when our schedule allows it. I also value much needed downtime after a busy day. I would like to share the communal areas with someone who is considerate, tidy and treats the flat as a home (away from home); happy to follow a weekly cleaning rota so we can both enjoy living in a relaxed, nice home.
This flat could be ideal for someone who wouldn't want to live with several other people, prefers a chilled, quiet home, likes living in a safe, affluent area with plenty of amenities nearby. Someone who works full time but not from home all the time, but that is negotiable for the right candidate. Students, postgrad are absolutely fine as long as there is no late night noise. If you happen to have a dog, that's a plus. :)
The pictures, video were taken upon moving in a few years ago to show the actual size of the flat. If you're interested in this offer feel free to message me for further details. Happy to explain everything that you need to know before we arrange a viewing and send more pictures and videos. The site only allows to upload 1 video. I can send you another video featuring the double bedroom if it is requested.
*the small bedroom in the picture doesn't have a bed at the moment as it has been used as office/ storage space.
I'm looking forward to hear from you.
