I have a large room in my flat that I am renting out for the summer.

It's available from the 1st of July til the end of August.

For full transparency, the room was originally the living room. However, there is an extra room in the back of the house that I set up as a dining room/office. After living in London for over 20 years and never having a dining room table to sit at, now that I have one it's the only place in the flat that I want to be. Plus there is a large backyard, so I never use the large room in the front of the flat so I set it up as your private mini studio.

There is a single bed, wardrobe, couch (that opens into a comfortable double bed) and a desk. So there is plenty of space for someone who works from home.

You'll have shared access to the bathroom, dining room/office (where I usually hang out), kitchen and large backyard.

Great transport links with an Underground and Overground within walking distance, along with plenty of shops, restaurants and pubs.

All bills included.

As for myself, I'm pretty laid back and always up for a chat or happy to leave you in peace.

PS. I have two cats so a love of animals is a must.

PPS. I do smoke (hoping to stop) and I don't mind if you do, but only outside in the backyard.
