Hey! I’m Warren, 22, a second year Drama student looking for a relaxed, friendly flatmate to replace my current flatmate who is off to new adventures from early July.

Im looking for a fellow student ,ideally someone also studying drama, music, film, art, fashion or honestly any uni course nearby. Great if you’re sociable, respectful, and easy to live with. Think good chats, occasional hangouts, but also respecting each other’s space and downtime.

The modern 2-bed flat is near Goldhawk Road / Shepherd’s Bush. It’s 2 mins from the tube and about 10 mins to Westfield, Restuarants, pubs, shops, gym, theatres and lots more. The flat has a calm, easygoing vibe - Definitely more chilled creative London flat than party house.


You will have a double room and your own spacious bathroom with shared open plan kitchen and lounge!


Bills are separate around £150
With the both of us being students, we are exempt from council tax
