We’re Kailene (28) and Perdy (29), a couple living in a cozy home on Wells House Road. Perdy works full-time as an architect in Maida Vale, and Kailene works part-time. We moved into our place in October 2023 and have renovated the bathrooms and kitchen. Outside of work, we’re into hosting get-togethers and going out. We’re especially excited about our latest household additions: a BBQ and an air fryer, a game changer in the house.
We’re a 15-minute walk from East Acton (Central line) and Willesden Junction (Bakerloo & London Overground) stations and 20 minutes to North Acton (Central line). What we’re looking for someone easy-going, open-minded, and sociable, enjoys a relaxed but clean home vibe. Room 3 is available for £950pm, Room 2 is available for £1000, bills included, from the beginning of July.
The house includes:
• 3 bedrooms
• 2 shared bathrooms
• On-street parking
• Garden and shed
• Sonos sound system
• Two ovens, dishwasher
• Furnished, yet flexible rooms (blackout blinds)
• French Door large capacity fridge freezer
• Washing machine, tumble dryer
• Underfloor heating (ktchn, bthrm)
• A cleaner once per month (each person pays £16 pcm towards this)
We can be flexible so if we sound like your kind of people, drop us a message and let’s set up a viewing.
