Hi! Im Martin, im a PhD student at Imperial College London and im finishing up my adventure in London. Im looking for somebody to take my room in the 4-bedroom house from the 15th of June, for £935 a month bills included.

As an overview of the room, its a queen size bed with the basic furniture included (warddrobe + chest of drawers). Bed side table, TV, and TV stand are my own additions that I am looking to sell (a plus if you are tenant that is willing to buy them from me!)

The house is quite calm, its myself and 3 girls, we have a nice living room and kitchen (separate washer and dryer) and an amazing garden which truly shines in the summer months. We have 1.5 bathrooms, meaning, 1 shower, 2 sinks and 2 toilets.
