A modern bungalow with cottage feel, in the countryside, a short distance from the coastal villages of Hopeman and Burghead. It's got open plan living / kitchen, a large garden (great if you like to garden!), 2 bedrooms (one on suite, but renting out the non-ensuite bedroom), is warm (underfloor heating), wooden floors, decking outside that is a suntrap, great views etc.

I moved here for beautiful views and a great countryside location, 10 mins from the small city of Elgin, a 5 min drive or cycle to the coast, stunning views and a short walk to a vegetable farm and the hamlet of Roseisle, which has little besides a very active village hall with daily activities of a wide variety. I'm looking for someone to share the house with as I prefer sharing than living alone, and I am away a lot in winter too, so prefer the house to be lived in. As its a shared living space / kitchen, we'd need to enjoy sharing that area. I don't have a television and prefer not to have one in the communcal area. I am a paraplegic athlete / adventurer, so often out on my handbike or away doing something, but coming home, and sharing it with someone open, kind and positive would be great. Sometimes my friend / partner is here and shares my room, but not all the time.
