Unfurnished double-bedroom for rent - single occupancy.

I’m looking for a nice flatmate to share this 2-bedroom property with who will be responsible for their share of the rent and bills.

I've just secured the property, it is completely unfurnished, with white goods.

As the whole property is unfurnished, I’m looking for someone who’d be happy to help me with finding and collecting some nice second-hand furniture for the shared spaces of the property. While each bedroom will be our own responsibility.

As for me, I’m a 27 year old ecologist who's time is split between the field and working from home, I will also occationally be sent away for a few days or a week to work across Scotland.

As a flatmate, I'm friendly and laid back. I like a nice, chill home that's kept neat, clean and comfortable. I enjoy cooking, music and a good coffee. I'm very outdoorsy and will be spending my free time surfing, camping, and fishing. I will also be at the gym/climbing wall on the occational evening.
