Forestry college. We have taken long term lodgers for many years and the house is kitted out with all that you need ( kitchen utensils, towels, ironing board). The upstairs of house is more or less your own space (apart from shared laundry room). There is a tv upstairs if needed. We have a large garden and parking on and off street. All bills included. (Inc fibre broadband). (One months rent in advance + small deposit).
