I have two furnished double bedrooms.

One is advertised at £140 a week but not as a main home - suitable for people on work placements, construction rotations, mature and responsible students are welcome.

The other room is advertised on an ad-hoc basis at £30 a night and is currently used two nights a week by a visiting vet. I also use this room for friends and family so availability is dependent on this.

All bedding, towels and room changes are provided.

The property has shared facilities: one bathroom consisting of a separate bath and shower cubicle. Downstairs there is a WC, well equipped kitchen and a living room. There is also a large garden but there is currently no outdoor storage - I am planning a shed shortly.

I live in a quiet area of Inverness. The UHI, Raigmore hospital and the Inshes retail park are within walking distance and there is a small shop and pub a 5 minute walk away.

I am very easy going, work full time. I have a dog and a cat who are both friendly but won’t bother you.
