I am looking for a potential flatmate to occupy my spare room in a two bedroom flat. House is in the city centre and close to all basic amenities as required. It is in a quiet street and has a wee garden in the front of the house. There is street parking available. Bills-not included. Bills can come between 70to 100 depends on usage. Council tax not included and no tenancy agreement, however will get a formal agreement letter from Main occupant. Short stay are welcomed.
