Nice room in friendly house, only me here and three friendly cats. Two living rooms so if necessary you can have more of a private living room sometimes as I rarely use the second one. Clean and tidy and quiet. Nice neighbours.

I am a small business owner who will be in and out of the house as work demands. Im easygoing and relaxed and open to all sorts of different characters and the deposit is negotiable to some extent.
