We have a lovely room to rent in a shared house on Marham Park in Bury st Edmunds. The room is warm and bright. There is a huge wardrobe for all your things. There is a lock on the bedroom door. The modern bathroom is shared with one other person who is often away. The well stocked kitchen and living areas are modern, sociable and open plan. You are welcome to use the washing machine and tumble dryer and there is a dishwasher.

Marham Park is a new build estate on the edge of Bury st Edmunds perfectly situated for the A14 and A11.

Your housemates will be Chloe the owner (age 51) and Keira (age 21). We are both professional women working full time. Life at our house is busy, friendly, fun, relaxed, respectful and pretty tidy. We are looking for a professional woman to join us. We are not looking for any dramas and are pretty chilled however we do expect each other to respect the shared space and clear up after themselves. Whoever is home first gets the off road parking space but there is space to park on the road outside the house too.

The room rent is £625 per calendar month and includes all bills and internet. The room is a double but for single occupancy only please. No couples.

A £400 deposit is required to secure the room and will be returned if nothing is damaged or missing when you leave.
