We are a friendly couple with a dog looking to rent out a large double room in our home in Old Felixstowe. The house is located on a very quiet road in a lovely area.

It's just a 5 minute walk to the sea and a 10 minute walk into town, so it’s perfectly located for enjoying everything Felixstowe has to offer. We’re also very close to Felixstowe Ferry, with plenty of beautiful coastal walks right on the doorstep and a nice pub!

We have a spacious garden and there is plenty of roadside parking available.

Available from 1st April 2026.

Upfront costs: 1 month’s rent + £400 security deposit

We’re looking for someone friendly and respectful who will enjoy living in a relaxed home environment.
