This is a new build and in very good condition.
There is a large shared kitchen/ dining room with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.
There is a small shared lounge room and toilet as well as a shared bathroom.
Garage storage also available.
The bedroom available has a large wardrobe, bedside table and storage also under the bed.
There is also a office space available.

I have a busy work schedule, but enjoy socialising. I also love to read, and enjoy having quiet time to myself. I am into music, I love going to gigs and heading into London to see friends or catch a show.
