My apartment is a grade 2 listed character property on one of the most popular streets in Bury. I have a very well presented double bedroom with ensuite. Lovely light and airy room with the added benefit of air-conditioning.

The apartment is very central and parking is not great, however their is permit parking further down the street and on adjacent streets.

I am a life coach and breathwork practitioner and my practice is in the apartment. I have clients remotely and in my therapy room within the apartment.

I spend some of the week at my girlfriends, so a few evenings during the week Im not there.

I co parent my two young children who are in the home one / two nights a week and every other weekend. Because of this my ex wife has asked that I only have a female lodger (apologies gents)

Im a very easy going guy, I don't smoke or drink and Im incredibly clean and tidy. I have much pride in my home.
