We are two female relatives who've had a lodger/flatmate until recently and are ready to share our home again. Must be dog lover as we have two dogs every other week. We both work full time and do sport and eat out in spare time. No one drinks alcohol in the house and we prefer early nights. It's a nice chilled girlie house.

Very quiet, friendly village location close to Ipswich, Felixstowe, Woodbridge. 46 mins to Sizewell. 15 minutes drive to beach at Felixstowe.

Great WiFi, two living rooms, driveway parking, utility room, you'll share bathroom with one other. We like the house to be clean so you'd do your share with this.

Bedroom will be newly repainted with a brand new John Lewis bed and mattress. I'll get a nice lampshade too! Huge built in wardrobe and lovely shelves.

All bills included: gas, electricity, water, council tax, broadband.
