We are a couple with a 2 year old baby - also just moved to Ipswich.

Our home is a 3 bed house with a large garden and lovely woodland park views at the front. Bathroom has also very recently been decorated. Bathroom is very clean and is shared with rest of household.

The location is about 10 mins drive to the town centre.

We don't smoke, we don't have pets and we are a quite a quiet family. Therefore, if you were to take the room, you would be the only lodger.
