Close walking distance from/to Ipswich railway station and the centre of town.
Open plan lounge/snug/kitchen area and whilst the main bathroom is 'shared' I have my own en-suite so rarely use.
All bills and high speed internet are included.
Weeknights only so ideally suits someone who works in the Ipswich area and is looking for a quiet space to stay, however has a registered address elsewhere in the UK for weekends.
Having experienced house sharing myself in the past I like to think I'm offering a friendly, clean and comfortable atmosphere to suit any age range.
