Hi all,

I’m currently looking for someone to take the second bedroom in my home. The room is unfurnished and available for £500 per month, including bills.

A little about me: I’m a 35-year-old professional who works from home full-time, Monday to Friday. I also have a 5-year-old French Bulldog called Milo, so you’ll need to be comfortable living with a silly four-legged goof too! 🐶

I’d describe myself as laid-back and fairly outgoing. I enjoy being social and having a laugh, but I also appreciate a quiet night in from time to time. I’m looking for someone who is friendly, respectful and easy-going, and it would be great to find a housemate who I get on well with and hopefully build a friendship with too.

The property is on a quiet new-build estate in Cadishead/Irlam, around a 15-minute walk from Irlam train station, which has direct links to Manchester, Warrington and Liverpool. There are several shops and supermarkets nearby, including Tesco, Lidl and Aldi, along with a few gyms, barbers and other local amenities.
