Double room takeover near Canary Wharf

Hi everyone, I am looking for somebody to take over my cozy double room in a 2-bed flat share near Canary Wharf from May 1st. The contract runs until the 8th of August with a possibility to renew it.

The house is a 10-minute walk from the Canary Wharf Elizabeth Line station (and Jubilee line close). It has 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom. You’d be sharing with Leon, an argentine young professional. The flat has high ceilings and has just been renewed, with quality furniture. There are double windows, and it’s in front of a park (Poplar recreation ground).

The room is large and comes furnished with a king bed and a very large closet. It’s perfect for somebody working in Canary. It also fits a large desk near the door( I used to have one). The shared spaces are airy and well-lit.

The rent for the room is £1375 per month (bills not included), and the deposit is around £1600. The flat's contract expires in August, but there is the possibility of renewing it with the Agency.
