Hi. We're a young couple with a small toddler, and we're looking for a quiet person to occupy the extra room we have in our end of terrace house.

This is a single room, but it has a double bed and brand new large set of drawers and shelves. The bed frame has been bought and should arrive very soon! You will have full access to the whole house, except the two remaining rooms.

There is free parking on our street, and the neighbours are extremely nice and quiet. The street is super quiet too (no ambulances or police cars driving past).

Ideal for professionals as we're looking for a tidy individual, but
students considered.

Spare single bedroom of average size, this includes shared bathroom and kitchen facility only. We are working professionals and so prefer the same, the expectation is also for you to clean up after yourself and be mindful of others.

The room benefits from a single bed, including a new mattress and bedding, new chest of drawers. Size of room between a double and single room.

Smoke free and pet free home, dietary lifestyle followed is halal, and so alcohol and pork is a no go unfortunately and non negotiable. The house has been newly renovated and is kept clean and so ideal for someone who is equally clean.

Suitable for short term occupation only, I am open to a Monday to Friday letting arrangement, viewings available from 27th April. Pls state your age, occupation, working patterns and intended length of stay.

Looking for a clean, respectable and considerate person, if you struggle to tidy up after yourself then this place will not be appropriate.
