We’re looking for a flatmate to join our beautiful 5-bed home near Arsenal stadium and a 5-min walk from Arsenal tube.

The house is a great space to share, spread across multiple floors with a massive kitchen and living room which looks onto a large south-facing garden. There’s plenty of communal space so it always feels spacious.

The room is for one person, and we’re looking for a female to keep the balance of the house. I’ve lived in the room for 2.5 years and I’ve absolutely loved it. It faces the back of the house, so is south-facing and bright but cosy. It comes with a double bed and large wardrobe.

The location is very well connected, near Arsenal and Finsbury park tubes, and Drayton Park Overground.

A few of us have been living together for a while, and we love to hang out but also all have independent lives and all work full time (part time WFH/part time office based). We’re a mix of nationalities, as well as interests and professions - landscape architecture, music/songwriting, film/tv and policy. We all do our own thing but most of us love to cook so often come together in the kitchen, which is really the heart of the house!
