Large fully furnished double bedroom with king size bed and TV in characterful town house in the centre of Modbury. All bills included. There is space for a small desk in the room.

There is a Co-Op (open 7am-10pm every day), Post Office, café and pubs all within a short walk. Parking is on the street nearby.

Modbury is a small town with a community feel. This would suit someone who would enjoy living in a quiet, rural town. Bigbury and Mothecombe beaches are about 15 minutes drive. Central Plymouth is about 30 minutes.

Ed is the owner and is not home much as he works away and lives on his boat a lot in the summer. So it will mostly just be two people in the house.

I am used to having lodgers and I enjoy the company. House dynamics and making sure that everyone gets on is important to me. So please understand I will keep this in mind when looking for a suitable housemate. I am very relaxed and easy going and I expect the same in return.
