25 year old male PhD student looking for someone to replace my housemate who is moving out at the beginning of January. Double room available in a nice flat in Kenilworth, shared parking space (plenty of nearby street parking too) with garage and garden. Great location, especially if commuting to Warwick Univeristy or Coventry. Council tax band B. The flat comes as unfurnished but we have furnished it in our 2 years there so can be either/or depending on if you have your own stuff. Landlord is a great guy and neighbours very nice. Have uploaded photos of it unfurnished so you can see the layout.
