You will be living with myself the landlady, a professional mum of 2, my adult son of 25 and my 21 years daughter. A warm, quiet and kind African family atmosphere home with Christian values. No drama. I would prefere someone with the same background culture enheritance. Easy to fit.
The room is preferably for a single female.

1 month in advance need to be paid before moving.
The room & facilities are for only 1 tenant. No man, no female friends or pet are allowed to sleep in the room.
Bed & cupboard, fridge & Freezer CANNOT be removed from room.
