I’m looking for a friendly, tidy and respectful flatmate to share a comfortable 2-bed, 2-bath flat in Kennington / Elephant & Castle.

The flat has a good-sized shared living space, balcony and Wi-Fi, and is really well connected for central London with two stations nearby.

Bills are roughly £232 per month, which includes council tax, utilities, Wi-Fi and a cleaner every two weeks.

I’m a working professional and ideally looking for someone sociable and easy-going. We definitely don’t need to spend all our time together, but it would be nice to live with someone who’s happy to chat, occasionally have dinner together or go for a drink, rather than just living completely separate lives.

I like keeping the flat clean, relaxed and comfortable, so I’m looking for someone considerate who’ll treat it like their home too.
