A spacious en-suite double room is available from mid-April until the end of June (possibly longer) in a beautiful Victorian townhouse between Brixton and Clapham North (Zone 2).
Ideally we’re looking for someone to stay full-time for this short period, which would suit someone relocating to London, on a work placement, or between tenancies. We’re also happy to consider a Monday–Friday arrangement.

The house is a three-storey Victorian townhouse with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (3 en-suite), which means everyone has plenty of space and privacy. It was recently renovated and has a beautiful modern German kitchen with a large island, which is the heart of the house.
At the back there is a small townhouse garden with seating and a sun lounger — perfect when the weather is nice.

All bills are included, as well as a bi-weekly cleaner for the communal areas, and we generally keep the house tidy and comfortable.

Two of us currently live in the house. We both work in fintech, and we’re clean, respectful and friendly. We enjoy arts, sport, travelling and going out, but we both have our own lives and routines.
This is a relaxed and comfortable home rather than a party house.
