Hello there,

My flat mate Lukas is moving to Tokyo (lucky him) after 3 years in the flat. That means a room is available from the 1st April. The room dimensions are 3.3 x 3.8 metres. I am looking for someone to move in as soon as possible.

The rent is £950 and bills in addition (average over 12 months is £168 per month and this includes council tax).

The deposit would be £1,150 each.

There is a shared living room with sofa, TV and a table for dinner. There’s a spacious kitchen and a separate washing machine and dryer. It’s on the top floor of a 3 story building with a view of the park and trees.

There’s good storage in the room and in the flat.

Located within 10 minutes of Lidl, Morrisons, Sainsburys. Also the Gym Group and a Yoga Studio.

A short 5 minute walk and you’re at various bus stops taking you to Waterloo, Southwark, Leicester Square, Brixton, Clapham, London Bridge.

It’s a 12 minute walk to Elephant and Castle station and Burgess Park which is big and has a lake.

I am a teacher at a special needs college and studying a course in child development. I am a Londoner. I’d like a calm and comfortable place rather than a party flat.

I enjoy a park run on Saturday, like going to the cinema, camping when not being rained on, watching comedy, trying to go for some long walks and practice Yoga. I listen to podcasts as well such as the rest is politics. I’m around for a chat or cooking or a pub trip but also pretty busy and respect time for yourself.
